Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure is 100% Australian based in Equinix Datacentres, the world’s most connected data centres. These Datacentres are certified in SOC 1 & 2 Type II, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001.

Do you provide website hosting?

Can we easily increase our server capacity?

Do you provide Internet and Layer 2 services?

We provide business grade fibre services from 10Mbps up to 10Gbps. These connections can be basic Layer 3 internet services, or we can provide you Layer 2 connections from your office(s) privately back to your private cloud in our data centre.

Do you offer High Availability with your servers?

Do you work with VMware?

Yes, we have VMware servers available and can tailor virtual machines to your requirements.

Can I migrate our existing servers to Cloud Servers Australia?

Yes absolutely, we have many customers who have already don’t this and our team is very experienced in helping you through this process.

Do you work with Microsoft Azure or 365?

Our team is well versed in the Microsoft Azure and 365 suite of products and can easily help to integrate our private cloud infrastructure into these environments.

Do I have to lock in to a support arrangement or can we pay as we go?
